Establishing a need.
Time and time again patients have come to us expressing frustration with the healthcare they are receiving. Insurance limitations, resource availability and subject knowledge have become primary limitations to receiving expert care. This is an evolving issue, and one that does not seem to have a remedy in sight. It is out of these restrictions and limitations that our healthcare clinic was born. Virtus is more than just a name, it is rekindling your masculinity through excellence, courage, character, and worth. Ancient Rome bestowed this virtue on its populous to reflect these values. It is with these values that we bring forth our mission to help men achieve and exceed their goals. With over 20+ years of healthcare experience and 6+ years of Urology experience our clinical provider is poised at the ready to provide you with expert care that is second to none.
Meet the team.
Joshua Dull, CRNP
Owner and Lead Provider
Meet Joshua, the lead provider and owner of Virtus Men's Health. Josh has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and started his career back in the early 2000's. He has worked in Urology since 2018, providing both inpatient /outpatient care to men, women and children in the area (Chambersburg Hospital). He excelled in this role, with much thanks to having a wonderful urological provider team to guide and support him. Feeling unfulfilled with big healthcare, he formed Virtus Men's Health in 2023 with the intent of providing a more personal and individualized approach to a sensitive topic area for men. He is a 2018 graduate of Penn State University with a Master of Science in Nursing and also attended Drexel University and Mount Aloysius College for his undergraduate.
In his free time, Josh enjoys the outdoors, travelling, playing ice hockey, and spending time with his family/friends.
Meet Ashley. She has worked in healthcare since her senior year of high school in 2009, which she completed her Certified Nursing Assistant certification. In 2019, she completed her nursing training in practical nursing at the Franklin County Career & Technology Center. Since 2019, she has been providing nursing care in various settings, with the majority in a Urological background. She is incredibly motivated, passionate, hard working, and is the backbone to our operation.
On the personal side, Ashley has 5 children ranging from 8 to 16 which take up a good portion of her time. She also enjoys reading, crocheting, and baking. You may even be lucky enough to be able to sample some goodies at a clinic visit!
